CSR & NGO Films
Show the change your work makes.
Bintin Media makes CSR films, impact documentaries and NGO videos for companies, PSUs, foundations and non-profits. We research each programme, film on the ground and turn the work into a clear story your board, partners and donors can follow.
Our founder has made documentary films since 2012, for organisations including Central Warehousing Corporation, Indian Railways and Doordarshan, and brings more than 22 years in content and television. From our office in Defence Colony, South Delhi, we film at programme locations in Delhi NCR and across India.

What we make
Each film serves a different audience, from your CSR committee to donors and the communities you work with. These are the main types we produce.

01

Common usesBoard and CSR committee meetings · Impact reports · Website · Stakeholder events

02
A concise film that sums up a year of CSR work across programmes and locations, to sit alongside your annual or CSR report.
Common usesAnnual report launch · AGM screenings · Investor and partner updates · Short social cut-downs

03
Record a programme as it happens: the baseline, the activities and the milestones, filmed over one or several visits for an honest record of progress.
Common usesMulti-visit filming · Before-and-after footage · Implementation partner updates · Archive footage

04
Short, personal films that let the people a programme serves speak for themselves, filmed with consent and care.

Impact you can report
We begin with your programme documents, impact assessment findings and conversations with your CSR team and implementation partner. That tells us what changed, for whom, and which stories and figures show it best.
On the ground we film the work, the people delivering it and the beneficiaries, so the film links your CSR activities under Section 135 of the Companies Act to results people can see.
Where a programme maps to the UN Sustainable Development Goals, we can reflect that in the film’s structure and graphics.
Where it will be used
Language versions, subtitles, running times and vertical cut-downs are agreed at the start of the project.
How it works
We understand the programmes, locations, audience, key messages, timeline and the approvals the film will need.
We review programme documents and impact findings, speak with your implementation partner and identify the stories and locations.
We plan the schedule, travel and local coordination, prepare interview questions and arrange consent and site permissions.
We film the activities, the people delivering them and the beneficiaries, along with interviews with your leadership where needed.
We edit with subtitles and graphics for key figures, share cuts for agreed review rounds and deliver every version you need.
Filming with care
The people in a CSR or NGO film are often filmed in their homes, schools and workplaces. We take consent from every participant, explain how the film will be used, and take extra care with children and vulnerable people.
We also work with international foundations and donors funding programmes in India, with briefing, script and edit reviews handled remotely.
Informed consent from every participant
Extra care with children and vulnerable people
Local-language interviews with subtitles
Approvals from your team and partner
Figures checked with your team
