A complete podcast studio, set up in your space.
We arrive with the same kit we use in our Dwarka studio, set it up in your room, test sound and light, and record. When we leave, the room is just as we found it.
Cameras: 2 or 3 cameras for host, guest and a wide shot.
Sound: studio microphones and a broadcast-grade audio recorder for clean dialogue.
Light: professional softbox lights, so every face looks right in any room.
Teleprompter: for scripted openings, statements and pieces to camera.
Crew: camera operators and a director who guides the conversation, with scripting support if you need it.

Tell us about the guest, the topic, the location and the date on WhatsApp or a short call.
02 — Location Check
Send a few photos or a short video of the room. We plan camera angles, sound and light, and flag anything like noise or power points.
03 — Set-up on the Day
The crew arrives ahead of your guest and sets up the cameras, mics, lights and teleprompter, then tests everything before recording starts.
04 — Record
We direct the conversation, watch sound and framing, and record on every camera at once.
05 — Edit and Deliver
We edit the full episode, cut reels and Shorts, design a thumbnail and can upload to YouTube with titles, descriptions and SEO.

How much does a portable podcast setup cost in Delhi?
Every doorstep shoot is quoted after a short call, because the price depends on the number of cameras, the hours, the location in Delhi NCR and whether you need editing, reels and YouTube upload. Tell us your plan on WhatsApp and we’ll share a clear quote, including any travel charge, before you confirm.
What comes with the portable podcast setup?
2–3 cameras, studio microphones, a professional audio recorder, softbox lights, a teleprompter, camera operators and a director. Scripting support, editing, reels, thumbnails and YouTube upload are available too.
Is it just podcast equipment on rent, or do you send a crew?
We always send a crew. We set up, run and pack up the equipment ourselves, so you can focus on the conversation.
How much space do you need?
A normal office cabin, meeting room, clinic or living room is usually enough for a two-person podcast. Send us photos of the room and we’ll confirm the best layout.
Can you record at an embassy, government office or other secure premises?
Yes. We coordinate with your security and protocol team, share crew and equipment details in advance and keep the kit compact. All footage stays confidential.
Which areas do you cover?
All of Delhi NCR, including South Delhi, Chanakyapuri, Central Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad. We also travel outside Delhi on request; our setup has recorded in Vrindavan and Mumbai.
How long does the setup take?
We arrive ahead of your guest, so the cameras, mics and lights are set and tested before you start. Tell us your recording time and we’ll plan our arrival around it.
Do you edit the episode and make reels?
Yes. We edit the full episode, cut reels and Shorts, design YouTube thumbnails and can upload to YouTube with titles, descriptions and SEO.
Should I book your studio or the portable setup?
Book our podcast studio in Dwarka if your guests can travel and you want a ready set. Choose the portable setup when your guest can’t come to us, or when your own office, store or space should be part of the story.
Can you shoot client testimonial videos at our customer’s home or office?
Yes. Share the list of customers you want featured and we schedule each visit. We set up cameras, lights and mics at their home, office or shop, our director interviews them, and we deliver edited testimonial videos plus short cuts for reels and ads.
Do you provide the interviewer and write the questions?
Yes. Our director conducts the interview and our writing team prepares the questions in advance, based on your business and goal, in English, Hindi or Hinglish. Your guest doesn’t need a script; we guide them so the answers sound natural.
How long should a testimonial video be?
For websites and ads, 60–90 seconds usually works best, with 15–30 second cuts for reels and Shorts. We record a longer conversation so we can edit several versions from one visit.
Can you set up a podcast or interview at a home?
Yes. A living room, study or terrace works well. We bring compact lights and cameras, take care of your furniture and floors, and leave the room as we found it.
Do you shoot interviews for documentaries and CSR films?
Yes. Documentary interviews are our core strength. We travel to experts, beneficiaries and eyewitnesses at their own place, across Delhi NCR and beyond, and can also handle the research, script and full film.
